Meet Our Team

Peter has been at the helm of the company for over 40 years now. He takes pride in operating Cedar Farms to its fullest capabilities as it has been family owned for over 60 years. He works diligently to maintain healthy relationships with customers and vendors. Peter enjoys golf and spending time with his family in his free time.

Dimitri Pahides is in purchasing and has been a full-time employee of Cedar Farms for ten years. In his spare time Dimitri likes to spend time with his two dogs, Harper and Bourbon. Dimitri enjoys spending time with his friends and family and going to Philadelphia sporting events. He takes pride in building and maintaining vendor relationships.

Married in June of 2009 and now have 2 sons. I first started in food distribution in 1995. I learned the business from the ground up, while working with my grandfather. Took a 2 year hiatus, to run a restaurant/bar before starting in the sales department of Cedar Farms in 2000. I enjoy golfing, working on my landscape and activities with my son.

Aris enjoys spending his free time golfing and relaxing with his dogs. He has a strong interest in the food business and works to provide an extraordinary customer experience.

Nico has played a role in the business from an early age. Nico takes pride in providing excellent service and fostering strong, lasting relationships with customers. He enjoys new dining experiences, Philadelphia sports teams and spending time with family and friends.

Zara received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Environmental Sciences from the University of Alabama in 2021. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family and trying new restaurants.

Mary Smith worked at Cedar Farms for over 30 years in logistics and customer relations. She is a mother of four.

Tammy works as a bookkeeper for Cedar Farms, and has been with the company for 19 years.

Worked in the food distribution for 8 years, started at Cedar Farms July 2017. I have been a food owner since 2005. I love cooking, gardening, and spending time with my Family.

Ted is a sales representative at Cedar Farms and has been in the food business for the past 26 years. He speaks Greek, Spanish and English.

Steve is a 1982 CIA graduate and has worked with Cedar Farms since 2017 as a sales representative. Outside of work Steve likes cooking, reading and anything that gets him outside.

JR is focused on building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service. He graduated from Temple University in 2020. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and cheering on the Philadelphia Flyers.

Paul is a 1982 Villanova graduate and works as a sales representative for Cedar Farms. He has been in the food business since 1992, previous to Cedar Farms he founded his own moving company which he ran for a decade. Paul is a husband, brother, uncle, godfather and cat father to 5 cats and in his free time he likes to swim and bike.

Myrsini has been employed as a sales representative with Cedar Farms for 26 years. In her spare time she keeps busy gardening, redoing furniture and spending time with her family.

Maria has enjoyed being in the food service sales for the last 35 years, 25 of which have been at Cedar Farms. Maria is married to her husband Niko and has two kids, Vicki and Jake. She loves to socialize, meet new people and shop in her spare time.
